NATURE OF WORK:
Performs administrative and professional work directing and coordinating the administrative functions of the Inner-City Games sports activities, educational activities and special events. Incumbent will be required to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Primary duties include planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Work is performed under the direction of the Inner-City Games Executive Director and is reviewed through meetings, reports submitted, observation, and evaluation of results obtained.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Youth Development, Recreation or related field and one (1) year of experience in the education, recreation or leisure services field overseeing various activities such as educational programs, youth sports, cultural and therapeutic arts, health and fitness, community centers, etc required; Supervisory, training and budget experience required. Applicant must possess a valid Florida driver's license and be First Aid/CPR certified.
VALID DRIVER LICENSE FROM ANY STATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW. VALID FLORIDA DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.
