NATURE OF WORK:
Review and reformat job descriptions within the Human Resources Information System, Workday, for each position at the City. Dissect current job descriptions into the various components, including required certifications and education, work experience, competencies, responsibilities, etc. Other duties in the Human Resources Department may be performed as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Highschool diploma or GED required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems, particularly Workday, is desired
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

City of Orlando Benefits
If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree.
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree
