THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION WITH NO GUARANTEE OF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS AND NO BENEFITS. WORKING ON A TEMP/SEASONAL CONTRACT WHICH CAN BE RENEWED ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEED.

The dynamic City of Orlando department operates five distinct venues including Amway Center, Camping World Stadium, Tinker Field, Mennello Museum of American Art and Harry P. Leu Gardens. NATURE OF WORK:
Performs a variety of tasks related to the operations of the Leu Gardens Admission and Gift Shop areas. Greet visitors, process admission and membership payments and provide information about the gardens and various services to guests. Operate cash registers in the admission and gift shop areas and performs other related duties as assigned.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Sunday with hours ranging from 15-30 per week, depending on business need. Typical shifts include, but are not limited to: 8am-5pm, 8:30am-1:15pm, 1pm-5:30pm, and 5pm-10pm for special event nights.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent, plus some retail experience and electronic cash register experience is required; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Some knowledge of computers is highly preferred. Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must pass background check that includes a polygraph.
