Nature of Work:

T he position is responsible for managing the conversion laborers and ensuring calendar and conversion event requirements are met and exceeded for a multi-purpose sports and entertainment facility. They will manage all aspects of the conversion process in preparation for events, including setting up and disassembly of basketball flooring, hockey systems, retractable seating, indoor Football turf, meeting rooms, concourse setup, dressing rooms, portable chairs, barricades, staging, tables and other event related furnishing and equipment. The incumbent in this position will work irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays and will be exposed to high noise levels. Work is performed under the supervision of the Facility Manager and is reviewed by direct observation, while in progress and upon completion.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma plus (4) years of experience in management of venue event conversion, two (2) of which must be in a supervisory role. Valid Florida Driver's license required. Certified in forklift operation and man lift operation experience desired.

VALID DRIVER LICENSE FROM ANY STATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW. VALID FLORIDA DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.
